FOVE has internally developed a video player, also capable of displaying and recording gaze tracking coordinates for commercial partnerships. If this is of interest to you, please contact business@fove-inc.com.
There is also native FOVE video player available from third-party app developer Applet LLC:

The other option is to use one of the video players on Steam, which requires the SteamVR plugin. Vive Video is one option, otherwise you can use the search feature to find many more.
