    MR Alex

I did look into the C++ SDK and the Unity plugin and could not find the pupil size so I requested it here:

    Thanks.

I think the pupil size will be very useful.

We will expose it in a future update. Out of curiosity of the following options, which one is most useful to you?

An approximate diameter, or absolute pixel area, or an arbitrary number based on pupil dilation during calibration?

    Best Regards,

    Lochlainn

Personally, I'd use diameter, but all three would be fantastic.

I'd like the absolute pixel area which will provide more freedom for pupil measurement while the diameter is quite easy to use.

Just chiming in to say that I'm also eagerly waiting on this feature.

Diameter would definitely be of most use, because I can calculate all the other ones based on that. So the more raw the data, the better. :)

Diameter and absolute pixel area would be useful for me.

Accessing pupil size data would open an universe. Both area and diameter would be useful as pupil dilates/constricts in a non-homogeneous way. Btw, is there a Matlab sdk? That would also be extremely useful

Pupil size would be very useful.  Any update on when pupil size would be available.

It will not be in the next release unfortunately. Hopefully we can get it in soon.
Since its application is limited (primarily driven by illumination), it might be part of a research API.
