Hi. You probably missed that the 0.11.2 driver was withdrawn due to problems that FOVE didn't explicate in detail. You better wait for a new driver that is promised "soon".

However since I seem to have a similiar problem (see my post No Eye Camera Data 2 days ago) I wonder if you ever could finish the calibration process (which I couldn't)?

Today we released a new version (0.11.3) that should have resolved the problem that you are mentioning. Please try it out at http://getfove.com/developer

The eye camera is now protruding data and I get the FOVE fully working ─ most of the time. That is when I follow a strict procedure. My Win10-64 isn't starting at all with the FOVE attached. I need to detach HDMI and USB3 cables and reattach them after system start. Then I can start the compositor and may get an HDMI signal ─ or not... It feels somewhat «tricky».
But so is, maybe, my setup. I have Rift, Vive and the FOVE steam beta drivers installed. (?)

BTW, in Steam VR apps that play fine without controller (of which the free Senza Peso is a good example) or with my dedicated flight simulation gear (like Aerofly FS2) I had the impression that FOVE's head tracking is less stable than the competitors' and behaved sometimes even «jumpy». I have the tracking cam attached on top of my monitor ─ the same place I had the single cams of all the Rifts until the release of the Touch controllers.

Good to hear that eye tracking is working again.

Someone else has reported the same issue with the USB-cable being attached on start-up causing problems. It might have something to do with erroneous or out-dated USB-drivers for the motherboard, but as of yet we are not fully sure. We are further investigating the cause.

In regard to position tracking, the jumpiness could be a cause of the headset moving outside of the FOV of the camera. If you are positioned to close to the monitor that could be an issue. Alternatively, if you look at the position camera's image in the config tool; do your headset's LEDs look similar to the images shown in this thread: https://support.getfove.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001200488-FOVE-Head-Tracking-Problems ?
