DirectX errors from SFVR_CompositorTexture->Submit()

    Yes, this is https://github.com/FoveHMD/FoveCppSample example, working on Windows 7 64-bit, NVidia GTX 970.

    The problem is I can not get the FOVE work with NVidia VRWorks sample. I try to Submit texture from RenderTarget to compositor, but it fails (breaks) into m_pFoveVRCompositor->Submit with same error as in FoveCppSample. If I create non-debug directX device, then Submit doesn't fail, but no picture in HMD anyway. May be warning and errors from compositor->Submit is not a reason of lacking picture in HMD, but anyway it's very annoying and need be fixed.
