    I would need some more information to be able to make a judgement about what is causing the problem. Could you file a bug report over here: https://support.getfove.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Please follow the instructions under category C (bug report). Make sure to add the mentioned DxDiag and FoveLog files, such that I can investigate the cause.
