Hi FOVE Support Team,
This is regarding open ticket# #1065. May I know what is the usual time frame for responding to open cases that users submitted via https://support.getfove.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ?
It has been 16 hours and I still don't see anyone from Fove Support team attending to my case. My FOVE HMD keeps showing up as extended monitor display mode and failed to start the calibration or compositor process despite having FOVE SDK v0.11.4 installed.
Please look into this matter soonest ! I appreciate that and thanks in advanced.
