    Our SDK does not currently support DX12. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    So far as I know it's not been tried with FOVE, but it's possible to share textures between DirectX11 and 12, vaguely similar to how the OpenGL example uses GL extensions to draw to a DX11 surface. You would render in DirectX12 to a shared DXGI surface, and open it from DX11 for submission to the FoveClient.dll Submit() function. This requires jumping through some hoops, so it may just be easier to render with DX11 (esp. if using an existing engine that supports both already).

    If you do try it, let us know how it goes. I'd like to investigate this as well and at least put up an example until we have built-in support.
