    Hey guys,

     

    We think this is a windows USB thing (we've in particular noticed it coming from customers who're using laptops.) --> can't blame them for wanting to save power.

    A restarting of the FOVE runtime and a disconnect + reconnect of the FOVE usually does the trick.

    Hey Guys,

    It looks as though this is a bug between us and Windows' USB power management functionality. It may take some time to solve.
