    Sorry for the slow response! We're here and very much supporting.

    Apologies that you're running into trouble with calibration.

    We're working on a v0.16.1 release with some improvements to calibration robustness. There have been a couple reports of calibration issues in v0.16.0, but it's somewhat specific to the headset and the user.

    If you have subjects you are testing regularly, we'd like to send you a beta build of v0.16.1 that should improve the situation or at least collect some data on the issue. If you email me at jeff.bland at fove dash inc .com and mention this thread, I can send you a beta build that you can try right away.
